Sourced from hidden vineyards in the Awatere Valley, this wine is packed with passionfruit and herbaceous aromas on the nose. On the palate it has crisp, citrus flavours with a long finish.
This is a classical, crisp, gooseberry and nettle-fruited Awatere Sauvignon Blanc. Serve with seafood, salads and vegetables, and with Mediterranean fare.
