We offer free delivery on orders over $200 before taxes, with some exceptions.
There are some areas of the province where the shipping costs are too high to deliver to for free and a shipping charge may be calculated at check out when the delivery address and postal code is entered. Please note that you must be of legal drinking age to accept the delivery of wine. Wine shipments will cannot legally be left unattended by couriers.
Some individual items may also be exempt from free delivery; these will have a disclaimer regarding the exemption on their individual product page.

Every location carries a core range you'll find everywhere. Beyond that, each store buys for its own neighbourhood. Its managers know what their customers drink, what sells locally, and which small producers are worth taking a chance on. It's the reason our range is as deep and as interesting as it is. It's also the reason a wine can be sitting on a shelf in Langley and nowhere else in the company.
(To note, our store in Langford BC Victoria area, does not carry beer and spirits at this time).
So when you see availability differ between locations, that's not an error, it's six stores each buying for it’s customers. The practical upshot for online orders: you can get delivery from any single one of our locations if they have the products and the quantity you want. When you create a cart based on a single store’s inventory, if they have the quantity you added, a delivery option or pick up can be selected. If you want the item(s) delivered, simply create a cart where the quantity you are ordering is available at the store you have selected at the top right side of the page. Just like if you are creating an order for pick up, if your cart has a quantity that is available from your preferred store, you will be shown delivery methods that are available.

On every product page and product listing page you'll see two availability figures:

• Warehouse delivery:
This is the stock at our largest store. It carries the deepest selection of every product type, so if an item shows here, you can count on being able to get it delivered.

• Stock at your store:
Either the one you've set, or the nearest one if we've located you automatically. This number reflects what you can order for pick up or it can be delivered specifically from that store.

We offer delivery throughout the province of British Columbia.
Some "rural" areas do not qualify for our free shipping on orders over $200 before tax offer due to the higher cost of shipping. In some rural areas home delivery is not offered, and packages will be required to be picked up from a drop station, please speak with our customer service team for further details. We can not offer shipping to a PO BOX.
At this time we are not able to ship outside the province.

To pick up an order we require ALL of the following:

Valid government issued ID such as a drivers license or BC ID that matches the order billing information.

The credit card used to make the purchase.

Order confirmation number, you can print the confirmation email or show us the email on your device.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion to refuse or delay the release of any order until all requested requirements have been satisfied.

Can I send someone to pick up for me?

Orders under $500: You may send a household member aged 19 or older, provided they present valid photo ID showing the same billing address as the order. They will also need to present the order confirmation email—please forward it to them electronically or print a copy for them to bring.

Orders over $500: These must be picked up by the purchasing cardholder, if you need help call us at 1-844-989-9463 ext 1.

Can you hold products for me? We do not hold unpaid items. Please place and order for pick up.

For all online orders that are returned there may be a shipping charge if you are not able to bring the product back to a store depending on the item, the location the product was shipped to and size of the order. Everything Wine reserves the right to charge for return shipping.
