How do I qualify for Same-Day Delivery?

Same-Day delivery is in beta mode and is currently available from our Surrey Morgan Crossing location, and from Our Vancouver River District location. To place an order please select the location nearest to you and add items based on store availability. For the best experience, login or create an account. From the cart, after you click Proceed to Checkout, when a shipping address address is confirmed or selected, areas that qualify will be provided the option to proceed with the service.

What is Same-Day Delivery?

Same-Day Delivery powered by Uber Direct is now available 7 days a week if you place an order between 10am – 6:00pm. Have your order delivered in most cases Under 2 hours. Applies to in-stock items only and under regular operating conditions not factoring events out of our control such as but not limited to, traffic, weather, service outages.

How much does Same-Day Delivery Cost?

Same-Day Delivery is a flat fee of $9.99

Does Free Delivery for orders over $200 Apply?

We currently do not offer Free Delivery on our Same-Day service.

How do I track my order?

When submitting your order and by providing a valid mobile number you will receive text/SMS message(s) regarding all updates on the status, including scheduled pickup and estimated delivery time. Additionally, you will be able to track the driver in real time.

What are the current requirements to receive a Same -Day Delivery?

Same-Day Delivery requires an adult of legal drinking age (19 years or older) must provide a valid photo ID and a signature at the point of receipt. If the required recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery the order will be returned and cancelled. Upon the return a refund will be issued for the original order amount, minus the delivery fee ($9.99 plus taxes. We may reschedule the delivery for an additional fee of $9.99 when requested.

What if some items are out of stock at the time of order processing?

Due to the time sensitive nature of the orders, we will contact you immediately to make suitable arrangements or offer substitutions when possible. In the unlikely event we are unable to fulfill all items selected, we will notify you immediately and make every effort to assist with completing an order. If we are unable to reach you, we will notify you of the cancellation.

Can I cancel my Same-Day Delivery?

Yes, you may cancel a Same-Day Delivery order by contacting directly at 1-844-989-9463 Ext-1. Cancelations must be processed prior to the order being picked up by the carrier and may result in a loss of the delivery fee upon refund and cancellation.
