Pick Up In Store



If you don't want to shop in person, the quickest way to get your order is by selecting store Pick Up. Pick up Orders will be ready within 2 hours. Delivery will usually take about 3-5 business days. Please read the details below.



Before you start shopping, choose pick up or delivery at the top right of the page. A drop-down menu will appear. Select the Store Location you’d like to pick up from.

Shop and place your order. For the best experience PLEASE CREATE AN ACCOUNT. Once completed, your order will be ready for pick up at your chosen store in 2 hours if you place your order before 4pm, it will ready the next day if you order after 4pm. 
To check the status of your order: 
1. Log into your account  2. Go to Account Dashboard  3. Click “My Orders”.
Keep an eye on your account for the status to move to “Complete”. Once it is marked as Complete, your order is ready for pick up.



NOTE: you will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up. If you do not receive an email your order will usually be ready in 2 hours. You can contact the store you ordered from to confirm.

The Pickup Process:
We will still maintain safe distances during your order pick up. 
Please help us by having ALL of the following handy:

  • Proof of ID 
  • The Credit Card used to make your purchase
  • Online Order Confirmation number - you can find this in the subject line of the "Order Received" email you got from us.

For curbside pick up please come the the front door and we can bring the order outside to you.  Allow 2 hours for the order to be processed.


When will my pickup order be ready?
Your order will be ready within 2 hours after ordering or you can check the status of your order on your account (if you did not sign out as a guest). When your order is ready for pick up, the order will be marked as complete.  Once you arrive at our store, see instructions by the front door about the next steps to take to pick up your order. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up

What are your hours for curbside pickup?

I am not able to pick up my order for a couple days/weeks after placing it. Will you hold my order?
Yes, we will hold your order for as long as you need, please let us know if we need to hold the order for more than one week.

I am having someone else pick up my order on my behalf. Do they or myself need to provide anything to you before pickup?
If someone with the same address as you is picking up your order, we do not require anything other then a piece of photo I.D. If someone else with a different address is picking up for you, we do ask that you let us know their full name as we will ask for a piece of photo I.D to verify them. 

When will I receive my delivery order?
We are working hard to get our delivery orders out as quickly as possible. Currently, our lead time is 3-5 business days. Once your order is ready to leave our facility, you will receive an email with your tracking information. If the date or delivery window FedEx provides for delivery is not convenient, you can change it on FedEx’s website here: FedEx Delivery Manager or via phone at 1-800-463-3339.



Shop online and select Delivery. Orders are taking about 3-5 business days for delivery. Your order may not have all the wines you requested. We will send you as much of your order as we can, and will substitute or refund you the difference.
