Most fish dishes especially sashimi, mussels, lobster, as well as more simple green leaf salads or add goat�۪s cheese to create the perfect match.
Production
The two blocks were picked over two perfect cold Marlborough mornings, helping capture and retain the concentrated flavour and aromatics of the grapes. Individual batches were cool fermented in stainless steel tanks using multiple cultured yeasts, prior to blending and bottling.
