This onion-skin coloured rose is made from Sangiovese and Merlot. It offers peach stone, tangy red fruit and charred orange peel. The palate is bone dry and wonderfully tangy with loads of marzipan and strawberry flavours. It is exceedingly quaffable yet perfectly suited to fish, white meats, tomato pastas, pizza and starters.
