Production
It is produced entirely with Sangiovese grapes, harvested and carefully selected by hand. Fermentation takes place in 25-day maceration in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of up to 28 � C. After malolacticism, the wine is aged for 30 months in French oak and in the second pass tonneaux, then bottled for 10 months.
