    Crafted as the second wine of Château Potensac in the Médoc, La Chapelle de Potensac 2018 offers a refined and approachable expression of Left Bank Bordeaux. The blend is led by Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, with smaller portions of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, reflecting the estate’s gravel and clay soils. The 2018 vintage delivers a dry, medium to full bodied style, opening with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, and plum layered with earthy notes and subtle spice. On the palate, the wine is structured yet supple, with polished tannins, fresh acidity, and savoury dark fruit carrying through to a balanced, lingering finish. This vintage shows the classic Médoc character with early drinking appeal and short to medium term ageing potential.
