Production
Destemming, pressing, maceration and fermentation with indigenous yeasts in 30 hl concrete vats for 2-3 weeks. Without filtrations with minum adding of sulphites for a miximum of 30 mg/l. Aged for at least 12 months in big oak barrels from Allier, about 2 months in concrete vats and at least 6 months in bottle.
Winery
The wine ���Vigna al Mare� is a classic Bordeaux red wine, which reflects in the glass the warmth and Mediterranean climate typical of the beautiful hilly area of ��܉��the Tuscan Maremma, embellished with a mineral connotation typical of the Suvereto terroir.
