    With most grapes coming from the estate vineyard in Lillooet, Fort Berens' Chardonnay opens with aromas of ripe apple and baking spice, followed by fresh citrus and honey notes. A small percentage of this wine was aged in French oak barrels for 6 months, the majority in stainless steel.
