A Raspberry-pink colour, warm, attractive and very bright. On the nose, there is a mingling of fruit aromas: strawberries, plums, blackberries, with floral notes of roses and violets. Fragrant in the mouth, round, soft and smooth, with just the right crispness to produce a refreshing ros̩.
Made using the bleeding technique. Settling was done using the flotation technique. Fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature between 13 and 18�C and aged over its own lees for two months.
