    Precise and expressive, Bollinger PN VZ19 is a Blanc de Noirs Champagne made exclusively from Pinot Noir, showcasing Bollinger’s terroir‑driven PN series. This release highlights the Grand Cru village of Verzenay, with the base year drawn primarily from the 2019 harvest and complemented by a significant proportion of reserve wines. Aromas of apple, quince, rhubarb, and mirabelle plum lead into notes of hazelnut, brioche, and subtle spice. On the palate, the mousse is fine and creamy, delivering layered orchard fruit, toasted pastry, and a distinctive saline, mineral finish. Structured yet refined, PN VZ19 offers depth, energy, and excellent aging potential.
