Production
After picking and pressing of the grapes from the Uco Valley vineyards the juice undergoes a 2 day cold maceration, 9-15 day fermentation, 2-4 day post fermentation maceration. Average fermentation temperature: 28� C. The Wine is then aged in American and French oak for 6-9 months
