    Product Details

    Refined and characterful, Yarra Yering Blanc de Noirs is a traditional‑method sparkling wine that showcases depth, texture, and finesse. Made from dark‑skinned Pinot Meunier (and/or Pinot Noir depending on vintage), it opens with aromas of red apple, strawberry, citrus peel, and freshly baked brioche. The palate is dry and creamy with a fine, persistent bead, revealing flavours of orchard fruit, toasted pastry, and subtle savoury notes. Extended ageing on lees brings complexity and structure, while bright acidity keeps the finish crisp, long, and elegant.
