Charles Wetmore Cabernet Sauvignon welcomes you with layers of aromatics from oak, to fresh vanilla and dark fruit like black cherries, blackberries and dark plum. This wine finishes with velvety tannins and a round mouthfeel.
The wine was fermented in stainless steel tank and pumped over twice daily. Aged for 20 months in 40% new French Oak and 60% second and third use French Oak barrels.

Charles Wetmore Cabernet Sauvignon has a great expression of Livermore Valley, with fruit sourced from our diverse soils such as our clay hillside vineyards and those planted on gravelly alluvial fans. These provide us with a Cabernet with bold tannins and ripe fruit characteristics, which coupled with the natural acidity from the long growing season, creates a beautiful wine.
