    Food pairing

    A great red to pair with meats, particularly prime rib, steaks or burgers.

    Production

    Farmed in south vineyards in the Okanagan on generally sandy soils. Fermented on skins for about 14 days with no extended maceration, full malolactic fermentation and aged 18 month in a mix of French and American oak.
