Grown at Two Paddocks’ Red Bank Vineyard in Alexandra, the wine opens with lifted aromas of lime zest, green apple, white peach, and subtle floral notes. The palate is just off‑dry, with bright, mouthwatering acidity carrying flavours of citrus and orchard fruit through a clean, lightly mineral finish. Approachable and lively, this is a Riesling meant for the table, the outdoors, and casual occasions alike, without sacrificing regional character.
