    This mead is closer in style to the traditional meads that some people have experienced in Europe. It is an exciting new alternative to dessert wines. Sweet floral honey notes lead into a long finish that is well appreciated alone or with your favourite desserts.

    We first created this mead when we first opened in 2005. It was a much lighter style of mead and we have intensified it with this release. This mead is the perfect solution for a sweet or desert style mead. It has a crisp acidity. It is the perfect accompaniment to berry or fruit inspired deserts but we also love it with savoury or salty foods.
