    From the limestone and clay soils of the Quarry Road Vineyard in Ontario’s Niagara Peninsula, this Chardonnay reflects Tawse Winery’s organic and terroir driven approach. Barrel fermented with indigenous yeast, the wine is dry and medium bodied, offering aromas of green apple, pear, and subtle citrus layered with flinty mineral notes. The palate is textured and balanced, combining orchard fruit with gentle oak influence and bright acidity that carries through to a long, refined finish. This is a polished and age worthy expression of cool climate Ontario Chardonnay.
