Bright and fresh with aromas of cherry, tropical fruits and mint leaves, this rose offers rich flavours of strawberry, kiwi and rhubarb carried by light bubbles, leading to a long, lipsmacking finish.
Pinot Noir and Pinotage grapes were picked at lower sugar and higher acid levels to ensure the finished wine would remain bright and crisp. After crushing, juice was allowed 24 hours of skin contact before pressing and fermenting at cool temperatures.
