Notes of tropical aromas resembling mango and pineapple on the nose. Those flavours continue to ride a wave of creamy bubbles flowing seamless into a prolonged medium sweet finish.
The grapes for this blend were hand picked from the estates Home Block Vineyard at various times throughout the harvest as each varietal came into ripeness. Each component was vinified separately in stainless steel and left on light lees for 2 months before being blended together in the spring. The wine was then transferred to a Charmat tank to undergo a second fermentation, which gives the wine its bubbles and slight leesy character.
