Their 2012 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is composed of 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc, and 3% Petit Verdot. With a focus on extensively aging their wines to ensure they are ready and drinkable upon release, the 2012 vintage was blended in early 2013 and aged for 24 months in 85% new and 15% once-filled barrels from the Silver Oak cooperage - The Oak, in Higbee, Missouri. After bottling in the spring of 2015, the bottles received an additional 21 months of aging before being released for our drinking pleasure.
