    This single malt shows a dense, robust style with a strong malty core and deep savoury character. Flavours move through stewed apple, dark honey, and dried fruit, followed by notes of chocolate, leather, and firm oak spice. The palate is full bodied and powerful, with natural sweetness balanced by drying oak and a meaty depth typical of the distillery. Alcohol warmth is present but controlled, allowing flavour to stay clear. The finish is long and structured, with lingering malt, dark fruit, and savoury spice fading slowly.
