Distilled in 2009 and matured for sixteen years, the nose leans into malty richness with baked orchard fruit, honey, and vanilla, followed by toasted oak and gentle spice. The palate delivers a firm, mouthcoating texture, unfolding with caramelized sugars, ripe apple, warming oak spice, and subtle nuttiness, while enough acidity remains to keep the profile precise.
