Production
Follows the traditional method of red wine vinification. The fermentation takes a minimum of 10-12 days under controlled temperature not exceeding 25-27°C. It is aged for at least 12 months in wooden casks and for another 12 months in steel tanks, afterwards the wine is stored for another six months on wooden vats to obtain its Riserva designation.
