    Created to honour the Bottled‑in‑Bond Act of 1897, Old Forester 1897 is a classic, full‑bodied bourbon crafted to exacting standards. Aged for a minimum of four years in a federally bonded warehouse, it comes from a single distillation season, one distiller, and one distillery, and is bottled at a bold 100 proof. The result is a rich and robust whiskey, offering layered aromas of vanilla and oak, followed by flavours of dark fruit, caramel, and warm spice with a long, confident finish.
