    Product Details

    Named after the 1910 eclipse that filled the Barbadian sky, this rum gleams a radiant gold. Maturation in charred ex-american whiskey barrels gives the a underlying oak character to the rum. Aromas of vanilla, banana, and caramel delight the senses, complimented by hints of summer fruit. Charred oak shines through on the palate, along with burnt sugar and sweet baking spices. Sweet flavours linger through the warm, lasting finish.
