This Aleatico is a very unique ���meditation wine�۝ with an intense amber color. On the nose it is immediately evident its aromatic structure with dried and candied fruits: apricot, dates and figs. On a second level there come liquorices and coffee notes. On the palate a balsamic note of typical Mediterranean herbs and spices is very predominant, whit sage and rosemary on the top. The consistence of the wine is dense and pleasantly ���greasy�۝.
The perfect pairing is with dry sweets like almond-paste based biscuits or cakes but also at the end of a meal with a good cigar. To enjoy it at its best we recommend a large bordeaux wine glass.

The Aleatico grape is extraordinarily aromatic. Tasting one single ripe berry from the vine, one can easily imagine what the final product can be, because its flavor is so intense on the palate.
