This Aleatico is a very unique ���meditation wine� with an intense amber color. On the nose it is immediately evident its aromatic structure with dried and candied fruits: apricot, dates and figs. On a second level there come liquorices and coffee notes. On the palate a balsamic note of typical Mediterranean herbs and spices is very predominant, whit sage and rosemary on the top. The consistence of the wine is dense and pleasantly ���greasy�.

The perfect pairing is with dry sweets like almond-paste based biscuits or cakes but also at the end of a meal with a good cigar. To enjoy it at its best we recommend a large bordeaux wine glass.
