Wines from the Masi Tupungato estate are made with the appassimento technique, which means leaving the grapes to dry out for the winter months, thus concentrating aromas and perfumes. This is a typical Venetian winemaking method, in Masi is internationally recognised to have a great expertise. It produces versatile and innovative wines, which unite Argentinean exuberance with the attractiveness and elegance of the Veneto.

Masi has found the right cultural and environmental conditions for the use of the grapes and techniques native to the Venetian regions in the Tupungato valley, Mendoza region. Passo Doble, Passo Blanco and Corbec are the organic wines produced by Masi Tupungato, fully certified beginning with the 2015 vintage. They unite the exuberance of Argentinean nature with the attractive and elegant style of Venetian wines.
