Production
All wines are single vineyard bottlings & all vineyards are grown organically. This philosophy always flows into the winery. The authenticity and transparent nature of our wines is vital to the wines encapsulating a place and a time.
Every grape selection spontaneously ferments, with the natural yeast on the grapes and in the winery, adding to the link with site. All wines are allowed the time they need in the fermenter (and in barrel) too ���nothing is rushed. All wines are bottled without any filtration or adjustments

Intuitive. Detail-obsessed. Shane Munn has extensive winemaking experience from regions all around the world. From his native New Zealand to Barolo, as well as North America. This experience offers breadth and depth to his thinking. Shane embraces the art & authenticity of wine, which he marries with a strong analytical background (degrees in both Mathematics and Winemaking!), focusing on the most minute details in the vineyards and the winery.
