The wine is fermented on oak staves to add richer, creamy notes but is then matured in stainless steel.
Winery
Taking its name from the famed Australian bird, the Kookaburra, the Laughing Bird series takes classic grapes and turns them in to smooth, easy drinking wines. The grapes are specially selected from small parcels of vines in South Eastern Australia, chosen for their slow-ripening potential.
