Produced from 100% Glera (Prosecco) grapes, the wine is vinified by natural re-fermentation in stainless steel tanks using the ���Martinotti-Charmat�۝ method. The Frizzante style makes for a refreshing organic bubbly best enjoyed as an aperitif, with grilled seafood or light appetizers.
