Food pairing
Brisk, dry and refreshing, it makes a delicious aperitif or a perfect partner to the local speciality of goats�۪ cheese. Also pairs well with crisp salad of zucchini ribbons, peppery fris̩e, thinly sliced radish and sweet peppers with a light poppy seed dressing.
Production
Following cold static settling, fermentation takes place at low temperatures in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is aged on fine lees.
