Food pairing
This wine pairs perfectly with creamy seafood dishes, a multitude of pasta�۪s and various semi-soft cheeses. It can also complement a light meal such as grilled chicken and vegetables.
Production
From the estates Bear Cub, Bull Pine and Whitetail vineyards at approximately 21 degrees Brix. The juice was allowed 4 hours of skin contact before being racked into stainless steel tanks and inoculated with a carefully selected strain of yeast that enhanced the robust varietal characteristics of the wine.
