Invivo Hawke’s Bay Chardonnay is a polished and crowd pleasing New Zealand Chardonnay that balances ripe fruit, creamy texture, and well integrated oak. Sourced from Hawke’s Bay, one of New Zealand’s premier regions for Chardonnay, this wine is barrel fermented and aged on lees to build richness while retaining freshness. Aromas show ripe peach, golden apple, and citrus zest layered with notes of toasted almond, vanilla, and subtle spice. On the palate it is medium to full bodied, offering juicy stone fruit, hints of lemon curd and pineapple, and a smooth, velvety mouthfeel. The finish is long and gently nutty, making this a classic yet modern expression of Hawke’s Bay Chardonnay.
