This Rose is great on its own or can be paired with cheese, charcuterie or some BC smoked salmon.
Production
A super ripe vineyard block of Merlot was crushed directly to the press, given 4 hrs skin contact, then pressed and blended with small portions of juice drained (saign̩e) during cold soak from blocks of Syrah and Cabernet Franc. Fermented cool in stainless steel leaving a small amount of residual sugar remaining, for an off-dry finish.
