    Product Details

    This traditional rice wine has a gentle, lightly sweet profile with soft grain flavours at the centre. Notes of steamed rice, light honey, and subtle fermented fruit come through, giving it a calm and rounded character. The body is light to medium, with a smooth texture and very mild alcohol warmth. Sweetness is modest and balanced, not sugary. The finish is clean and mellow, leaving a soft rice note that fades quietly.
