    Produced in the Côtes de Provence Sainte Victoire appellation, Le Pas du Moine Rosé is a refined expression of Provence crafted by Maison Gassier. Sourced from organically farmed vineyards at higher elevation on clay and limestone soils, the wine is harvested at night and gently pressed to preserve freshness and aromatic purity. Dry and medium bodied, it displays a pale, luminous pink colour with aromas of raspberry, white peach, and citrus, layered with subtle exotic fruit notes. The palate is rounded yet vibrant, offering flavours of redcurrant, stone fruit, and grapefruit supported by crisp acidity and a long, elegant finish. This is a polished and food friendly Provence rosé that balances generosity with precision.
