Made with the estates best grapes, this ultra-premium red blend features fruit sourced from four esteemed BC vineyards, vinified in a passimento style. These grapes were air dried over the period of a month. After this process, the grapes had lost nearly 30% of their moisture leaving the winemaker highly concentrated partially raisinated berries. These berries were then fermented over the period of a month to allow for maximum extraction. Only a few select barrels of the highest quality outlier barrels of the entire vintage was used. These barrels were individually selected by Fort Berens winemaker who meticulously blended these to create their highest tier red wine.
