Production
A portion of the grapes were whole cluster pressed while the bunches were crushed and destemmed in the second portion. Montrachet yeast brings intense aromatics and fruit-forwardness to this wine. A small fraction was fermented in new American oak barrels to add a carmelized sugar bouquet.
