From the rugged benchlands of Lillooet in British Columbia, this Reserve Wild Ferment Riesling is crafted to showcase the intensity and structure of the region’s desert influenced terroir. Made from estate grown Riesling, the wine undergoes a natural wild fermentation and extended ageing, adding texture and complexity. Dry to lightly off dry in style, it offers lifted aromas of citrus blossom, lime zest, and subtle floral notes. The palate is medium bodied and mineral driven, with flavours of lemon, green apple, and stone fruit carried by vibrant acidity and a long, focused finish.
