    Drawn from flint‑rich vineyards on the eastern side of Sancerre, Florian Mollet’s Tradition cuvée is a focused, mineral expression of Sauvignon Blanc. The wine opens with aromas of citrus peel, white flowers, and a distinctive gunflint note characteristic of the domaine’s soils. On the palate, it is dry and medium bodied, showing bright acidity, layered citrus and stone‑fruit flavours, and a taut, saline finish. Fermented in stainless steel and aged on fine lees to build texture without oak influence, this is a classic, terroir‑driven Sancerre designed for precision and freshness.
