    Product Details

    This Chianti Classico Riserva from Fattoria Pomona is made entirely from Sangiovese grown in organically farmed vineyards near Castellina in Chianti at roughly 350 metres in elevation. Fermentation takes place with indigenous yeasts, followed by extended maceration and aging in large Slavonian oak barrels before further bottle aging, in line with Riserva requirements. The wine is dry and structured, with layered red fruit, subtle floral and savoury notes, firm yet integrated tannins, and a long, balanced finish that reflects its Tuscan origins.
