Drama is a dark red in the glass with high-intensity aromas of ripe raspberry fruit, ripe cherries, licorice, wood smoke, chocolate and discreet vanilla tones. In taste, for a wine in this price range, it has impressive fruit concentration, which is presented with a velvety texture, friendly tannins and a medium-fruity, spicy finish.
All harvesting and subsequent sorting takes place by hand, after which the wine is fermented naturally with 8 days fermentation and 14-15 days maceration on steel. Finally, the wine stores 8 months on new oak of French and American origin and 2 months on bottle.
