    Product Details

This is Ex Nihilo leaning fully into what Syrah does best in the Okanagan. The Reserve Syrah 2021 is deeper, darker, and more serious than the regular bottling, built from selected lots and released in limited quantities. Right away you get black cherry, blackberry, and ripe plum, followed by cracked pepper, smoke, and a savoury edge that keeps things grounded. The palate is full bodied and smooth, with layered dark fruit, gentle oak influence, and firm but polished tannins that carry through a long finish. Powerful without feeling heavy, this is a Syrah for slow evenings, good food, and people who like a bit of structure in their glass.
