A round medium bodied mouth feel and balanced acidity. Aromas of ripe pear, apricots, and sweet fruit blossoms capture the senses. Flavours of peaches, dried apricots with hints of vanilla and pink grapefruit tease the palate. The finish is satisfying with lingering orchard stone fruits and citrus.
Harvested by hand, whole cluster press and fermented in La Garde stainless tanks. The Gris went through a long, cool fermentation with extended time on lees.
