This Bordeaux style wine is perfectly balanced with rich luscious aromas of dark cherry, raspberry, warm spice and toffee. The palate boasts flavours of ripe plum and blackberry while the firm tannins are reminiscent of dark chocolate.
The grapes were handpicked before being fermented in stainless tanks and aged for 19 months, 80% in French oak barrels and 20% in American Oak. A careful hand was used in the blending the individual varietals to achieve a wine with disticinction and finesse.
