    Produced by a small family run estate based in Pommard, this Bourgogne Cote d’Or Chardonnay reflects the precision and restraint typical of the Côte de Beaune. Sourced from limestone rich vineyards, the wine is fermented and aged in oak, with an emphasis on balance rather than overt richness. The style is dry and medium bodied, showing aromas of ripe apple, pear, and citrus layered with subtle notes of toast and vanilla. On the palate, fresh acidity supports flavours of orchard fruit and gentle creaminess, finishing long and refined with a mineral edge that speaks clearly to its Burgundian origin.
