    Product Details

    This Pouilly‑Fumé from Domaine Bailly‑Reverdy is made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc grown on clay‑limestone soils in the village of Les Loges in the Loire Valley. The grapes are hand‑harvested, gently pressed, and fermented in temperature‑controlled stainless steel, with ageing on fine lees to build texture and depth. The wine is dry and precise, offering yellow stone fruit and citrus peel notes alongside classic flinty minerality, with bright acidity and a clean, gently saline finish.
