Aromas and flavours move through black olive, dark cherry, and blackberry, supported by cracked pepper, dried herbs, and a subtle smoky note. The palate is medium bodied, with firm but well integrated tannins and fresh acidity providing shape and lift. Fruit remains controlled and focused through the mid palate. The finish shows dark berry fruit, black olive, and cracked pepper, carried by fine tannin and a lightly savoury grip.
